 Provides overall leadership and direction for EstWest, supporting the committee and guiding planning. Actively steps in to help at events and programs, while also coordinating and running the weekly Estonian Playgroup. Focused on building a strong, inclusive community where culture thrives. 

 Steps in to support the Chair whenever needed. Leads EstWest’s newsletter, social media, and grant work, while actively connecting with the community and building partnerships. Passionate about creating fun and engaging activities for kids and youth. Loves tackling challenges and finding solutions. Also the organiser behind our kids and family camp.

 Responsible for managing EstWest’s finances, including budgeting, financial planning, and record-keeping. Works closely with the committee to ensure transparency, support funding applications, and help plan sustainable activities for the community. Passionate about good governance and ensuring financial integrity.

 Passionate about keeping everything in line with our model rules and constitution, with a keen eye for detail. Brings valuable legal expertise to ensure proper governance and compliance. Responsible for managing official records, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, handling correspondence, and supporting smooth communication within the committee.

Also serves as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and representing EstWest’s interests within broader cultural and diplomatic circles.

Works collaboratively with other members to keep things running smoothly and make a positive impact. Brings a creative eye for details during events, helping to make every gathering special.

A key force behind event organisation, they’ve led volunteer teams, recruited crew members, and contributed extensively to the management side of events—holding the Approved Manager certification to help ensure everything runs safely and professionally.

From handling the logistics—like setting up venues, running for last-minute supplies, or coordinating event flow—to dancing with guests and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere, they truly do it all.
